As the Lead Client Consultant at The Clovis Castle, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our clients. With your expertise in event planning and deep understanding of our venue, you will guide clients through every step of the planning process, from initial inquiry to event execution. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate client needs will be instrumental in creating seamless and personalized experiences for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the planning process.

Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' event requirements, vision, and budget, providing expert guidance on event options and packages offered at The Clovis Castle.

Collaborate closely with clients to develop customized event proposals that align with their preferences, incorporating venue layouts, catering menus, and additional services.

Coordinate site visits for potential clients, showcasing the unique features and ambiance of The Clovis Castle and addressing any questions or concerns.

Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including contract negotiations, timeline development, vendor coordination, and logistics management, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.

Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients regarding planning progress, changes, and updates.

Offer creative suggestions and recommendations to enhance the overall event experience, such as decor, entertainment, and thematic elements.

Anticipate client needs and proactively address any challenges or issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including catering, operations, and event staff, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events.

Stay updated on industry trends, event best practices, and new offerings in the market to continuously enhance the client experience at The Clovis Castle.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event planning and execution process, ensuring that each client feels valued and receives personalized attention.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Event Planner, Wedding Coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on high-end events and client management.

Strong knowledge of event planning best practices, including contract negotiations, vendor management, and logistics coordination.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and events simultaneously.

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.

Familiarity with event management software or CRM systems is preferred.
