Terms and Conditions - Instagram Promotion

1. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to new clients only. Existing booked events are not eligible for this offer.

2. Discount Offer:

• Clients who make a new booking with a minimum deposit of $2,500 will be eligible for a 20% discount from the existing site fee rental.

• The existing site fee rental without the discount is $8,000.

3. Event Date:

• This promotion is valid for events scheduled for the year 2024 only.

4. Booking Confirmation:

• To qualify for the discount, bookings must be confirmed with a minimum deposit of $2,500.

5. Promotion Expiry Date:

• This promotion will expire on October 31, 2023. All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit before this date to be eligible.

6. Limited Time Offer:

• This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

7. Discount Calculation:

• The discount will be calculated based on the existing site fee rental of $8,000, resulting in a 20% reduction.

8. Non-Transferable:

• The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.

9. Booking Terms:

• Clients must agree to and comply with The Clovis Castle's standard booking terms and conditions.

10. Applicability: - This promotion applies to site fee rental charges only and does not include additional services or charges such as catering, decorations, or other event-related expenses.

11. Communication: - Clients must mention the Instagram promotion when making inquiries or bookings to ensure eligibility.

12. Reservation of Rights: - The Clovis Castle reserves the right to refuse or revoke this promotion if any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is suspected.

13. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
